Kadestone Capital revisited

Kadestone Capital (TSXV: KDSX) is a poster boy for Denciti. They are listed on the Denciti corporate website as a partner. They have a deal with a familiar name, Colin Basran's former mansion landlord David Negrin. In addition to his sex charges, Basran was fingered for living in one of Negrin's waterfront mansions rent free.

Kelowna Springs was always a pet project of Colin Basran and his Khalistani. The reason is obvious. Accomplish a zoning change to industrial from recreational and the land is worth many times more.

Nicola Wealth manages something past $17 billion in assets. The Nicola Wealth Kelowna office is located at Suite 910, 1631 Dickson Avenue. What would the boys there 'do' every day? They would likely be looking for uber high net worth individuals to give them money to invest in real estate projects and/or joint venture in Kelowna and elsewhere.

Is it possible David Negrin is selling some interest in the Kelowna Springs project? Hell yup.
