4482 & 4498 Gordon Drive - revisted

Among the most preposterous projects rubber stamped by Team Dyas for his connected friends was Gordon Drive. Council voted 5-3 in June 2026 to rezone two properties at 4482 and 4498 Gordon Drive from large-lot housing (RU1) to townhouse housing (MF2) to allow a 65-unit row townhouse development.
Dozens spoke out against the development rezoning for Gordon Drive during the fixed public hearing. They were ignored.
Developer Bradley (Brad) Cronquist was gifted a change in zoning to allow 65 row townhouses. From RU1 (Large Lot Housing); designated S-RES (Suburban Residential) in the OCP to MF2 (Townhouse Housing); redesignated to S-MU (Suburban Multiple Unit). These are wood frame 3 story topped with rooftop patios. Most prominant concern is high density with a single access road feeding the already congested Gordon Drive.
Bradley Cronquist (cronquist@pushormitchell.com)
The proposed driveway exits onto a sidewalk used daily by children walking to and from Dorothea Walker Elementary, Bellevue Elementary, Okanagan Mission Secondary, and the YMCA daycare. An independent time-stamped count on Friday, May 1, 2026 documented 400 vehicles in the 8:45 AM peak interval. To obscure that, the project's traffic analysis concluded 'minimal impact.' That was based on counts taken March 23–24, 2026 when students were on spring break. Schools were closed and buses weren't running. The study spewed PM peak only.
Morning gridlock on Gordon Drive at the development site, looking toward the DeHart Avenue lights. Gordon Drive is an arterial road, already heavily congested at school drop-off and pick-up points. The project adds congestion and takes no measures to mitigate it.
All the Cronquists are lobbyists, and probably have a direct line to their good old buddy Tom Dyas. Both men are directly connected to and through the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce.
"For many years, Pushor Mitchell and the @kelownachamber of Commerce have been closely connected..." Tom Dyas with Patrick Bobyn, Pushor Mitchell lawyer and newly elected president. (bobyn@pushormitchell.com) Here.
Most galling of the meeting was the insulting horseshit from senior Maxine DeHart. The Khalistani employee bent over backward to piss on the petition of 891 Kelowna citizens. That sums up her, Tom Dyas, and much of  Kelowna council.

Kelowna Mayor Tom Dyas (centre, holding ball)

Latest in the Tom Dyas 'just can't stand it' department is not posing with a ball and speaking of $25m. This observer is getting tired of Dyas in the same off colour jacket every time. Surely diamond Dyas can afford more than one tattered old jacket. If he wants to appear the old iffin bum at every public appearance, its working. Pffft.

Team Tom Dyas revisited

Khalistani Team Tom Dyas, 64, are old. Average age of the sous chef's toxic trifecta is almost 70. When politicos are this close to the old folks home they are not effected by any of the decisions they make.
Mohini Singh (Ubhi), 66. 4 term counsellor, deputy mayor. She works for Bir Singh Sandher.
Maxime DeHart, 75. 4 term counsellor. Employed by Khalistani boss Gurjit Singh Jhajj.
Rick Webber, 68. 1 term counsellor. He has voted in lockstep with Tom Dyas on every issue. He is rewarded with doggie treats from Dyas.

Dyas' core buttock boys Loyal Wooldridge (2 terms) and Luke Stack (5 terms) are gone.

330 McCurdy Road title - Mohini Singh, Paramjit 'Philip' Patara, Manher Singh - update

We're on the hunt for evidence of Manher Singh, the 3rd wheel slum lord partner with Mohini Singh and Paramjit Singh Patara.

Manher Singh may be an anonymous proxy holder.
A search returns SRB Law Corporation at 2-515 Harvey Ave. We suspect 'Manher Singh' is associated in some way. Mohini Singh's 'Gav Bassi' (Guri Bassi) of IMARKET.com, was spewing in May.

Guri Bassi was outed as a conman.
Samosa Place appears often in Khalistani propaganda. Mohini Singh has touted the business many times. Reputed owner Kainth S Vikas was touted by Maxine DeHart on FaceBook 4 days ago.
Lawyer Satinder (Deep) Singh Boparai joined SRB Law Corporation after running his own firm. He was called to the Bar in B.C. in 2023 after being a lawyer in Punjab. If one were to pick a Khalistani operative laundering money, it would be new arrival 'Deep' Boparai.

Erick DiƱo, assistant, Sellek Bunn, principal, Satinder (Deep) Singh Boparai, associate.
-----------------------------------------
Mohini Singh's partners at 330 McCurdy Road are Paramjit Singh Patara (ppatara@shaw.ca) and Manher Singh. These are our slum lord trifecta.
Deputy mayor Mohini Singh and Paramjit Singh Patara are close. Here.

3010 Lakha is the home of Royal Star Enterprises, owned by 'Philip' Patara. A one point Royal Star allegedly provided high margin airport shuttle and limo services. Most recently Paramjit 'Philip' is also into the UBER high margin landscaping maintenance and parking services business, operating under the name Patara Orchards. Nothing on that appears. Philip is a big TFW (temporary foreign worker) recruiter, with a dozen positions this year. (12)

Paramjit Singh Patara is a long serving executive of the Okanagan Sikh Temple in Kelowna. Sukhdev Singh Goraya is temple leader now. In 2020 Philip was part of a business group ... "Special thanks to Royal Star Enterprise Inc, Chutney Restaurant, R&B Construction, Asha & Hari Singh, the Pit Stop C Store & Gas Bar Ltd, G. Parmar Professional Corporation, Farming Karma Fruit Company, City Towing, Andy Sandhu, Shangara Singh Kandola, CANCO Petroleum, Andy Virk and Ravinder Baidwan for raising $10,000 towards the matching gift campaign." Here.
Nothing appears for any Manher Singh in Kelowna on a first pass. What does appear is a development package offering 272 Asher Road in Rutland as a condo development project.

It offers 'enhanced density and height allowances of up to 12 storeys. Zoning allows for rental or condo construction.' 250, 260, 270 & 272 Asher Road is offered at a highly reasonable $5.7m for 0.75 acres. Live ones may buy it at a 'reduced' price today. Here.
Phil's bio says ... "Paramjit then started his business here with the help of a long time resident of Kelowna – Joginder Singh Basran." Joginder Basran helped open the $600k Kelowna temple in 1982. Joginder Basran's grandson is Colin Basran.
In 2012 Phil was fighting for one of his drivers to remain a taxi driver because he was a criminal. Phil's ship had come in by August 20, 2017. A plaza, located at 5538 Airport Way, was the first of what was touted to be a larger commercial expansion at YLW.

Taxi driver Phil Patara was the developer behind the new plaza. Mayor Colin Basran suggested this was the first of many more commercial investments at the airport. Here.
Businesses have come and gone at 5538 Airport Way. The gas station is now a Canco. Canco Petroleum is owned by Parmjeet Singh Sehgal, Ravinder Singh Nijjar, and Jatinder Singh Nijjar.
Sami El-Helou, top money launderer for the Sinaloa Cartel.
The Nijjars are brothers to slain Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF) leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar. He was executed 18 June 2023 in Surrey by thugs tasked by Lawrence Bishnoi. Canco Petroleum launched in 2016 with a single location. By 2023 there were 100 Canco branded sites in Canada. In the span of 7 years, Canco’s growth pushed it into Ontario.

Canco Petroleum now claims to own and operate some 160 gas station, convenience store, liquor, and quick service restaurant locations. Their exponential expansion was fueled by laundering vast sums of drug money from the Sinaloa Cartel.

Maxine DeHart declares, Mohini Singh next - Update

Whom may we suppose sponsored the 41st annual Kelowna Chamber of Commerce golf tournament on June 6, 2026?
Maxine DeHart's Khalistani employer (Raj Singh Jaswall), along with Khalistani Canco Petroleum.

Folks can be sooooo cruel (and hilarious). Kelowna Casta readers are a hoot, we must give them that. Maxine DeHart figures she has 'much more to do' and has declared for a 5th term on Kelowna council, which adds up to 20 freakin years. Butt seriously Maxy, even that hair of yours has a shelf life.
Many Kelowna citizens want seniors Maxine DeHart 74, (number may be 75, Maxy had a birthday) and slumlord Mohini Singh, 66, to retire. The're the oldest wood on council.

With Tom Dyas, the terrible trio are a core group of open corruption and vested interests.
"Like Oscar Haupt, I'm in full agreement it's time for Kelowna city Couns. Maxine DeHart and Mohini Singh to seek retirement (from council).

Both have been on Kelowna city council since (2011) and Kelowna has been on a downhill slide ever since then. An example is when both were first elected, Kelowna was (regularly listed) in the top 10 Canadian cities to live in. Today, Kelowna, according to the latest Globe and Mail's Most Livable Cities survey, cant even make the top 100." Here.
When senior citizens are entrenched for 20 years, citizens lose. These two are the poster children for council terms being limited to 3.

Gurjit Singh Jhajj
Maxine DeHart, who ought to have retired a decade ago, works full-time for Khalistani heavyweight Gurjit Singh Jhajj. His partner is Raj Singh Jaswall.

Mohini Singh is an unapologetic servant of his partner Bir Singh Sandher and the Khalistani Sandher Crime Family for decades. Neither woman is 'good' for a damn thing and both are firmly entrenched with revolting bag of terd Tom Dyas, who serves Khalistani interests in the wide open. Kelowna would be much better off with younger, more intelligent faces.
