Team Tom Dyas revisited

Khalistani Team Tom Dyas, 64, are old. Average age of chef's toxic trifecta is a fully out to pasture 69. Citizens aren't served when their politicos are far too old to ever be effected by any of the decisions they make.
Mohini Singh (Ubhi), 66. 4 term counsellor, deputy mayor. Sikh Khalistani KTF. (Khalistan Tiger Force)
"Canada Intelligence Report Flags Khalistani Security Threat" - Here
Maxime DeHart, 74. 4 term counsellor. Employed by Sikh Khalistani boss Gurjit Singh Jhajj.
Rick Webber, 68. 1 term counsellor. He has proven to be brainless, voting in lockstep with Tom Dyas on every issue. He is rewarded with doggie treats from Dyas.

Dyas' core buttock boys Loyal Wooldridge (2 terms) and Luke Stack (5 terms) won't be running.

Crook Tom Dyas seeks re-election

Diamond Tom Dyas will seek a second term as mayor of Kelowna. He has resurrected the content on his worthless, abandoned blog for the latest election. Here.
Kelowna saw a population rise of 1.2% in 2025. The headcount came in at 254,605, up from 252,651. Growth is the lowest the region has seen since the 2010s. The 2021 census placed Kelowna as Canada’s fastest-growing city, a mantra embraced by Tom Dyas. That isn't true any longer and it is now a lie. Dyas singing 'high growth' to justify his spending is not true.
Kelowna mayor was paid $126,497 before Dyas. He instantly made it $145,200.
Dyas stands to collect $195k next year. The money for Dyas' raises comes from Dyas' tax increases. The tax increase of Dyas was 4.4% last year. The number for 2025 was 4.34%, following a 4.72% hike in 2024. The first budget under Dyas was a 3.78% hike. That is a 17.24% increase in taxes under Dyas in 4 years. Between 2022 and 2026, Kelowna’s municipal tax hike has been 22%. Tom Dyas called his increase of 4.4% for the current year 'fantastic' and 'amazing'.

The last budget of $1.1b+ is another new record.
The unemployment rate in Kelowna is 9.2%, the highest of any metro area of Canada. For youth the unemployment rate is 13.3%. Under Dyas, the City of Kelowna's payroll climbed 8% to $126.1 million in a single year. In 2025, 500 CUPE workers earned $75k or more, an increase of 94 from the previous year while those on the management side earning $100k or more nearly doubled from 109 in 2024 to 191 last year.
The full-time equivalent union workforce is up to 1,250 people. 900 unionized employees have received wage increases of 12.5% since 2023. Kelowna policing costs increased by 66% between 2020 and 2024. A similar increase is projected from 2026 to 2031.
Property values have declined across the board, down 2%. Dyas is spending ever more as his taxpayer pie gets smaller. Against this backdrop, Dyas is a proven liar and has sold out residents to Khalistani interests. 4 years ago citizens were desperate to get rid of the disgraced Khalistani controlled Basran. Now they need to get rid of his uber good buddy Dyas, who has proven himself an even worse thief.

Tom Dyas needs to go back to being a sous chef. Citizens trusting their money to the likes of Tom Dyas have been well proven to have made a serious mistake.

Sandher Crime Family try to sell – fail - update

God bless mayor Tom Dyas for giving the Sandhers free dumping so that they can buy a brand new helicopter instead. AI says the helicopter is a Robinson R44, a four-seat aircraft known for its two-bladed rotor system. A new Robinson R44 helicopter costs between $550k and $650k.
"SkyAcres and Sandher Fruit Packers partnered to launch a major indoor vertical farming project in Kelowna, B.C. By converting an unused cold storage facility." Ishaan Kohli leads Asmehar Singh and Daanish Arora in the next big Punjabi/Khalistani thing. "How much can each module earn? About $2,600 a year at roughly 40% margin on top crops such as basil. Breakeven is around 8 months."
The boys are seeking investors looking for a guaranteed sure thing, willing to give them millions. That might be a problem because the entire premise is ridiculous.

The price of fresh packages of Basil (15g to 20g) is between $2.49 and $3.50 at major retailers in B.C. In order to return a gross of $2,600 (@$10 per kilo) one would need to sell 260 kilos from each 'module'. 24.5 kilos per month each. These Punjabi must figure their Ponzi marks are very stupid. It would take a special type to swallow this bullshit.
This ad and promo effort could not have been approved by Pattison brass before hand. It has to be another genius business idea of Gurtaj Singh Sandher. Problem with his latest Ponzi scheme is obvious.

There is no way to achieve economies of scale to make the scheme close to economic.

The Sandher crime family is looking for an exit, as things are getting extremely hot for them. They turned to the Jim Pattison group who initially showed interest in acquiring their operations.
Problems are many. The Sandher Crime family is out-of-compliance on several issues, like unresolved pollution, lack of permanent water rights and permits.
Sandhers are now trying to court private equity for an exit. Bir Singh Sandher, 63, is getting too old to do any real work and wants to get out while still a free man. He must be getting more desperate to sell as cops close in.
Sons Gurtaj and Prabtaj are too lazy and entitled to work.
All Sandhers wish to collect that loot which belongs to the Sinaloa Cartel. Those who fail to pay back what they owe to the Sinaloa Cartel do very poorly. A comparable is Lower Mainland developer Thind Properties. That Sinaloa Cartel Punjabi client is going broke owing $500m. Thind is alive because he repaid the Sinaloa Cartel and stiffed everyone else.

Denciti proposal - pickleball courts to cost millions

The material submitted by Denciti in May 2025 in all it's gory. Here The capitalists sought a zoning category change to I-2 'General Industrial'. The I-2 'General Industrial' zone in Kelowna is designated for a variety of industrial uses, such as manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution.
1.68 acres is slated for pickleball courts. Assuming a price of $1.5m per acre, the land cost to taxpayers will be around $2.5m. It's entirely possible Dyas' pickleball courts steal alone will cost Kelowna taxpayers $4m.

Slumlord councillor Mohini Singh (Ubhi) - 330 McCurdy Road - update

This would be Mohini Singh's shithouse today. We may safely assume the amount spent on 'fixing up' the property is zero. Mohini Singh's eyesore should be torn down before more skids move in to enrich the neighborhood.
"I never, never, in my wildest nightmare, thought this would happen" Mohini Singh.
Slumlord Mohini Singh ('Journalist, politician, community servant') was fingered for her interest in 330 McCurdy Road. The property was subject of a string of police calls and raids this spring. Despite repeated claims of 'fixing up' the run down property, it never happens. The land has been subject to a rezoning application, with the landlords renting to anybody at all. Mohini Singh cared about her skid propery only after problems blew up in the press.
Kelowna councillor Mohini Singh (Ubhi) is deputy mayor to Tom Dyas. They are the gruesome twosome.

A 'For Sale' sign was posted at the front of the property after the skids were cleaned out. The home will likely go back for rent as property sales in Kelowna have cratered.
The property last sold on March 31, 2022, for $885k. It was listed in May 2024 for $1,697,280. Propaganda states "rezoning expected the potential proposed zoning MF3 to build 4 story multi-family."

For the second time in a month Kelowna cops descended on the property partially owned by city councillor Mohini Singh. Kelowna mounties busted perps of an early morning armed robbery. At around 5 a.m. there was a robbery at a business in the 800-block of Rutland Road North.
____________________________________________________________
Latest for slumlord Mohini Singh is to rail against pink people racism, using her Punjabi conmen at 'IMARKIT' media. There is more to her story. A citizen writes; "Nothing says “I am slumlord" more than spewing excuses to the media about her wonderful tenants at her rooming house on McCurdy. The site is slated for redevelopment anyways, right Mohini?"

This is a skid rooming house 'tear down' being run into the ground by slumlord Mohini Singh.
Kelowna councillor Mohini Singh is trying to evict pink people from her notorious skid rental after another cop raid. Singh says she has owned a quarter share of the property since 2021. The home has caused policing issues ever since.
Singh said the tenants lived in the home for about a year and that she had issues with a previous renter. Heavily armed police descended on the well recognized skid home at 330 McCurdy Road to execute a search warrant.
The latest operation lasted hours and ended with several people being taken into custody and later released. A nearby resident described the house as 'a notorious problem property' and said bylaw officers and cops attend the home regularly.

Its begs disbelief when the City forks out for 'crime reduction' and it's Kelowna councillor and deputy mayor slumlord Mohini Singh who has caused problems for 5 years. A for-sale sign is up at the property, but Mohini Singh says the market is not in her favour. Nobody wants to buy her skid slumlord property for some reason.

FOI request for City of Kelowna = $405

$400+ is what it costs citizens to find out about pickleball court approvals from Tom Dyas' Kelowna city hall. No, we aren't making this up.
