Survey fraud from Denciti

Below is the 'survey' material submitted by Dencity Development Corp. after their community meeting, reputedly from attendees.

The highly anticipated and once delayed public hearing for the Kelowna Springs Golf Course land swap by Denciti was held on March 10, 2026. Conspicuously MIA was President of the company Volodya Gusak. Nobody at the well attended meeting received a survey. The above is patently ridiculous and was submitted by Denciti as evidence of overwhelming community support.
