Dyas parrots public transit rubbish - revisit

Tom Dyas is surely expected to announce another run for Kelowna mayor. With a new appointment, his annual pay would exceed $200k next year. Tracy Gray's candidate Caroline Elliott didn't fly so Gray will probably try to replace Dyas. Her entrance in the race for mayor would be bad news for Ron Cannan. A 3 way race splits the anti-Dyas vote.
Tom Dyas spewed more rubbish. " ... one of our top advocacy priorities is the Kelowna Regional Transit Centre. Our current transit facility at Hardy Yards was built in 1998 to serve Kelowna and the surrounding region and was designed to accommodate 70 buses. Today it holds 117."

The expansion of the facility on Hardy Street is needed until the new facility can be constructed off Highway 97, just south of the UBCO campus. Planning is ongoing to accommodate growth in the transit fleet to 240 buses by 2045. The target opening of the new bus barns is 2030.
The question remains unanswered. WHY is Tom Dyas GIVING AWAY 10.9 acres of prime industrial ground to Denciti (worth at very least $23m) when that land was meant for Kelowna's new bus facililty?

Ryan Nixon - update IV

The Nixons are required in court on Friday in response to a 'short notice' application. Should they fail to show, or show up and lose, their builder's lien will likely be removed.

As for 3036 Appaloosa Road the dust causing drywall is gone, but the asphalt and concrete has increased exponentially. Nixon will likely start grinding that next, turning the residential area into an industrial zone.
The latest in Nixon Land is a petition in BCSC. What's um, the deal?

Part 1: ORDERS SOUGHT

1. The claim of lien filed by the respondent, Melvin Ernest Nixon dba Kelowna’s TNT Trucking (“Nixon”), in the New Westminster Land Title Office under number HB22091 (the “Nixon Lien”) against those lands and premises known and described as: PID: 032-086-041 Lot 1 Section 29 Township 26 Osoyoos Division Yale District Plan EPP128152 (the "Lands") and any related Certificates of Pending Litigation ("CPL") be cancelled from title ..."

Explanation? The Nixons filed a Lis Pendens (builder's lien) on a former customer's property. The low bidder Nixons overcharged and did substandard work. They then disputed their chargebacks. A Lis Pendens on file squelches those with an interest, of which High Road Glenmore is the primary one. They are suing the Nixons to remove the LP and for damages, along with 2 or 3 creditors.

The High Road Apartments is a 50-unit, five-story purpose-built rental development by Beech Westgard Developments Ltd., located at 1885 High Road in the Glenmore area of Kelowna.
The 43,000-square-foot project was slated for completion in Summer 2026. 8 months ago there was talk of work stopping and the project being halted. Its current status is unknown.

1885 High Road was offered for sale at $1.8m. The windowless building, if progressing at all, is doing it slowly.
-------------------------------------------------------------

Ryan Nixon has a reputation around Kelowna, and not just with his many creditors.
We have the latest from 231 Tilley Road. Reprobate Ryan Nixon SURELY isn't picking up any of his construction debris and SURELY won't be paying somebody to do it for him. This appears to be crushed concrete, and requires proper disposal.
Often sued and with many outstanding default judgments, 3036 Appaloosa Road isn't the only Okanagan property Ryan Nixon is operating illegally from in the wide open.

Nixon will never pay any fines for continuously destroying the environment, he'll be bankrupt long before then.
Also at that industrial location we have DirtPro Excavating. https://dirtproexcavating.ca/

Raj Kandola real estate - 982 Old Vernon Road

The latest for the disaster zone at 982 Old Vernon Road, owned by Khalistani Manraj Kaur Kandola and Jeetender Singh Kandola, is another failed inspection, their 3rd. Here
The gory after nearly a decade of prohibited industrial activity is obvious in the 8 page document via it's hi-def photos. That ground is fucked, with no amount of 'remediation' ever bringing it back.

After 2 previous failed inspections, the latest for the Kandolas is "Level 2, Category B, Warning Unauthorized 6(2)". That is government speak for Manraj K. Kandola and Jeetender Singh Kandola about to be fined 6 figures (up to $1m) and/or sent to jail for contempt.
Its been almost 10 years of realtor Manraj K. Kandola and Jeetender S. Kandola illegally leasing A1 agricultural land at 982 Old Vernon Road to TNT Trucking and Ryan Nixon, turning it into a wasteland.
Kandola's employers at Century 21, Massimo and Anna Carbone and Dean Desrosiers have never had any issues whatever with Raj Kandola destroying ALR land in Kelowna illegally for a decade. The Gray Zone

There have been nasty rumours afoot about the Grays and their limitless ambitions. Its alleged that failed candidate Darrell Jones owed money to Gray Matter Digital Inc. As part of a back-room deal, Jones backed the Elliott campaign, who then guaranteed his debts to Gray Matter Digital. A second condition was attached: should Elliott win the leadership, Tracy Gray would be installed as the BC Conservative candidate for the riding of Kelowna-Lake Country-Coldstream in the next provincial election.
"Larry Gray’s media operations spent months running pointed editorial content against John Rustad, including pieces described by critics as AI-generated op-eds calling for his removal. That the same household now allegedly stands to benefit..."
The gory reading is Here. At one point it was assumed Tracy Gray was shooting for Kelowna mayor. The Grays aren't talking for a change.

SERIOUS Sandher chemical spill directly outside plant

There's been another chemical spill by the Sandher Crime Family, directly outside their plant. We know its serious because the Sandhers would NEVER send any of their foreign workers to go clean it up unless it was. These Punjabi have no hi-vis vests nor traffic control and are working on the roadway dangerously, contrary to law. Typical Sandhers.

What these rocket scientists have done is let the chemicals reach the water table. Everything is going into the ditch.
There will be NO City of Kelowna involvement because Mayor Tom Dyas (and Deputy Mayor Mohini Singh) belong to the Sandhers.

The black and burnt ditches around the Sandher plant are obvious. The chemicals being dumped for the better part of a decade by the Sandher Crime Family are toxic.

Sandher gulag draws protests

Residents of Kelowna’s Black Mountain and Kirschner Mountain are organizing against proposed permanent skid housing for temporary farm workers by the Sandhers. S. Sundher Orchards is the operational arm of the Sandher Crime Family.
Specifically it is Sukhdev Singh Sandher, Bir Singh Sander's brother. The planned prison for 60 TFW would consist of 8 sleeping trailers, 2 dining trailers and 2 kitchen trailers — all on a 14.68-hectare lot at 1190 Lewis Road.
This manner of density is revolting. This project most closely resembles a prison, and that is the Sandher idea. The area is rural, with no infrastructure, no transportation and no recreational facilities.
The Sandher gulag is precisely like a very cramped forced labour camp. A petition against the plan has attracted 540 signatures, and counting. Here.
The ALC application is Here.
Bir Singh Sandher has NEVER had any difficulty with the easily bought civil servants at the ALC like Dave Birchmore. Birchmore got a 'duty to warn' from the cops in fall of 2024. That opened the man's eyes and he does what he is told. Dyas is firmly in Sandher Crime Family pocket.
This stomach turning project will likewise be rubber stamped by Sandher civil servants and their servants on Kelowna council, and irrespective of public opposition or lack thereof. The problem for the Sandher Crime Family is that the unemployment rate in the Kelowna area is currently 7%, down slightly from much higher levels. That exceeds the 6% cutoff where 'low wage' applications will be processed. The Sandher LMIA manpower ads for 100+ TFW are all for minimum wage. (rising next month) As it stands the applications won't be processed at all, making this latest proposed theft of Canadian jobs moot.

The employment rate for youth (ages 18 to 25) in Kelowna is over 15.1%.
Sandhers will realize, like all the other thieving reprobates (more than half in B.C.), that they must use the 'high wage' stream in order to be processed at all this year. Since there are no penalities for lying, Sandhers will, very soon, post a bogus LMIA manpower ad for 100 TFW 'Farm Supervisors'. The TFW scam is a pure gift to conmen and Sandhers are the poster child.
