Pavneet 'Indo Packer' Singh first came to Canada and Kelowna from Punjab as a student in 2003. There is a complete gap from 2003 to 2009, when the immigrant student bought the downtown Pita Pit. Some propaganda claims Pavneet Singh washed dishes when he first arrived. The internet provides no evidence that he obtained a degree or diploma. He has no bona-fide education. He claims 'over 25 years' in Canada and that is a straight up lie. He plays Canadians for fools and displays very poor English skills after 20 odd years here.

It looks like Happy is one of those Punjabi who exploited the student visa program to obtain Canadian citizenship. This process is pretty much antithetical to conservative values. That wouldn't bother Happy. Happy Indo Packer has been a Liberal, BCUnited, and BCPC. Was Happy the Khalistani Indo Packer in the country illegally at any point in time after 2003? A good question deserving an answer from voters. Failed 'student' Happy can't be trusted as far as he can be tossed.

The 'Management Committee' of B.C. Conservatives decided it wanted leader John Rustad to fuk off in late 2025. The irony is they were all installed fraudulently in the first place. The only board member who didn't sign the letter was Pavneet Singh. The term 'Indo Packing' came from filthy dirty B.C. Conservative leader John Rustad and his right hand man Khalistani Happy Singh. Over 50 riding association directors demanded an External Audit of the BC Conservative AGM in a letter to the Party Board.

He was tasked to find dirt on the declared party candidates in Okanagan ridings. The defection of 3 MLAs then had everything to do with John Rustad and Pavneet Singh corruption. Rustad's 'overwhelming support' at the AGM was revealed as a conman's fraud. 3 of Team Rustad didn’t even show up to the AGM, didn’t do a speech to the delegates, but still won seats on the board.

Vice President Wes Graham, Treasurer Robert McRudden, Director Troy Lanigan, Sacha Peter, Andre Roberge, John Wilson, and Pavneet Singh were all installed through fraud. Newly installed party president lawyer Aisha Estey received 350 of the 627 cast votes. She and her cohorts proceeded to loot the party coffers stupid.
