TD Benefits is the exclusive advisor for the Chamber of Commerce Group Insurance Plan, offering employee benefits and insurance. "I, for one, believe he is in serious conflict and should recuse himself from any further discussions, negotiations or votes regarding this matter." |  |
The citizen also points out another truth - the sweetheart agreements that the City of Kelowna have entered into with Denciti have occurred in a secretive process that excluded public view. Tom Dyas has embraced his conflict of interest. This space has long suspected a deeper conflict.
