Asshole Kelowna community safety director Darren Caul (dcaul@kelowna.ca) says new arrivals to Kelowna, especially basterd migrants from the Prairies, are responsible for the current massive social disorder in downtown Kelowna. Caul says new arrivals are often unaware of the "expectations” he and Tom Dyas place on them. In 2022 the career knob was pulling down $151,087 per annum. The latest number is a truly stomach turning $186,900. The city tightened rules on the ‘tent city’ along the Rail Trail. Numbers living there plummeted, with some 24 there today.

People were limited to two tents, one bike and one dog, visitors were prohibited, fencing was put up, and fires were banned. People had to sign a ‘good neighbour agreement’ in order to use washrooms and access water. On-site security was increased, and belongings were checked regularly for stolen property. Naturally the homeless fukked off.

"These are largely new faces, new individuals in our city that we are seeing in our downtown,” he spewed. Caul and Kelowna RCMP Supt. Chris Goebel gave a press conference. It turns out Kelowna crime numbers are actually down, not up. That truth doesn't help the career prospects of grossly over paid City of Kelowna employees/assholes nor corrupt mayors in an election year. Here
