Outreach Urban Health, and other services like it, are located in areas “where there is a demonstrated need for care. People experiencing substance use, homelessness and other complex health and social challenges are already present in these areas.” We call out Tom Dyas for what he is, a corrupt sous chef who would say anything to remain in a position which he is abusing for his own enrichment.
