That HR expertise would prove valuable if Ron Cannan and new councillors decide to tackle the exponential growth in Kelowna's unionized payroll. 8% year over year growth in employee costs while the City's growth has stalled with high unemployment is a problem. Gord Lovegrove votes with Sandhers, Laura Thurnheer enters the fray
Former hero Gord Lovegrove will be seeking another term as councillor, that might be bad for Kelowna residents. The man shows poor judgment.
New hiring needs to slow if not stop. In evidence of their gruesome twosomeness, creaky senior citizens Mohini Singh, 66, and Maxine DeHart, 74, are still undeclared.
