  | Ryan Nixon and his father were sued yet again, the latest lawsuit is for something over $280k on truck leases, bringing the total to over $750k unpaid to creditors. Another small claims landed. Most claims are default judgments. Meanwhile the Nixon dumping of industrial waste at 3036 Appaloosa Road is increasing. The rapidly going bankrupt Nixons won't spend a cent cleaning up this disaster zone.
