Dyas parrots public transit rubbish

Tom Dyas spewed more rubbish. " ... one of our top advocacy priorities is the Kelowna Regional Transit Centre. Our current transit facility at Hardy Yards was built in 1998 to serve Kelowna and the surrounding region and was designed to accommodate 70 buses. Today it holds 117."

The expansion of the facility on Hardy Street is needed until the new facility can be constructed off Highway 97, just south of the UBCO campus. Planning is ongoing to accommodate growth in the transit fleet to 240 buses by 2045. The target opening of the new bus barns is 2030.
The question remains unanswered. WHY is Tom Dyas GIVING AWAY 10.9 acres of prime industrial ground to Denciti (worth at very least $23m) when that land may be required for Kelowna's new bus facililty?
