Located is a LinkedIn profile for conman Gurpreet Bassi. This would be the barking dog behind multiple Punjabi online frauds in Kelowna. There in no question K9 Gurpreet Bassi is tight with Councillor and Deputy Mayor Mohini Singh. "Bassi then contacted others in the community for help, including city councillor Mohini Singh." Here.

The fraud artists at WMK Auto Repair (wmkautorepair@gmail.com) are ALSO using fake customer photos from the internet.

Customers appear at Freepik.com and many hundreds of other places on the internet. They did no business with Punjabi scammer Jagtar Singh Rayat.

It's amazing how brazen these Punjabi Khalistani fraud artists are. It takes seconds to check the veracity of their fake 'pink people' customers. Kelowna councillor Mohini Singh launched her “Chai & Chat with Mohini’ podcast through alleged Kelowna internet marketing company https://www.imarkit.com/

Another business listed at 916 Ethel St, Kelowna with Mohini Singh's Imarkit is Prime Lane Motors which bills itself as "Kelowna's premier auto financing destination." Jatin Pannu is the CEO with supporting cast Sahil Kaushik and Majeed Khowaja.

As far as consumer complaints goes, there are a mountain of those. The Better Business Bureau has assigned an 'F' rating. It appears the enterprise patches together pure shit, unroadworthy vehicles and sells them to those with no credit. One of Jatin Pannu's other self-employed ventures is renting luxury real estate through Primestaysbc. He has a 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom house up for grabs in the "beautiful Black Mountain area, featuring stunning views. Fully furnished."

The Khalistani connected councillor Maxine DeHart and Khalistani councillor Mohini Singh have no problems using their positions on Kelowna council to promote Punjabi businesses. One supposes if they had ethics they would concentrate on ALL Kelowna citizens, not just the Punjabi ones they are paid to prefer.

Imarkit.com is allegedly run by the phantom CEO 'Gav Bassi'. The website is a fraud, specifically it lists 'customers' that don't exist as giving glowing recommendations. The staff listed are also pure fiction.

It is laughably easy to determine the lies of 'Gav Bassi'. One clicks on a photo and then uses 'search with google lense'. What that returns tells all.

NONE of these 'people' have done business with https://www.imarkit.com/ or 'Gav Bassi' (info@imarkit.com). We question even if 'Gav Bassi' is real because there is no bona-fide internet trace of him on a first dive. There is evidence of car mechanic Jagtar Singh Rayat. https://www.wmkautorepair.ca/
