The City of Kelowna has retained associate (not partner) Jordan Adam (adam@younganderson.ca) of
Young Anderson Barristers & Solicitors in response to the Kelowna Springs petition.
 | "Young Anderson Barristers & Solicitors is a respected law firm known for its representation of clients in local government matters, particularly in relation to land use and planning law." |
Our problem? Our information suggests Young Anderson was involved in producing the revolting and heavily redacted Denciti Property swap agreement. Associate Jordan Adam would NOT have authored that document.
 | Dyas has retained the same K9s who drafted his thieving agreement to squelch discontent about it. (at taxpayer expense) Here. A retainer was probably something in excess of $50k.
Jordan Adam is not experienced enough to even be a partner. That office time of his is billed out to Kelowna taxpayers at tradesmen rates of a minimum $500 per hour. His court time will be $1500 to $1800 per hour. |

"The Young Anderson law firm’s late-2000s seminars focused on how administrative law impacts British Columbia municipalities. They emphasized that local governments must strictly adhere to procedural fairness—providing adequate notice and a fair opportunity to be heard—when exercising quasi-judicial powers or rescinding rights, to avoid decisions being quashed in judicial reviews." |
