Kelowna police costs to soar 66% by 2031

One consequence of shit terrible mayors like Tom Dyas is the soaring, exponential cost of their self-serving boneheadism. Kelowna policing costs increased by 66% between 2020 and 2024 — double the rate of every other city in B.C. A similar increase is projected from 2026 to 2031. Dyas is 100% responsible. Year after year he throwns more and more taxpayer resources for ever more City by-law employees and police. Despite the fact his crime problems have gotten worse instead of better, he CONTINUES to throw money away and brag about how successful he's been. After endless spewing of 'social disorder' and the exploding police costs under his failing watch, Tom Dyas says he has the solution. That would be a Municipal Police force. Dopey Dyas is creative in new ways to piss away taxpayer money, and that is why the Kelowna budget is now over $1b.
