Tom Dyas PR costs - gives self 'A' - repost

Tom Dyas in his bum-like white jacket thinks very highly of himself, even as he is a serious underdog in prediction markets.
Reprobates on Kelowna council gave themselves high marks. “I would put it in the A category,” said king terd Tom Dyas. "I come away from this feeling, as a council, we have achieved a lot,” said Coun Luke Stack, who rated the list of council successes at a B+, the same grade assigned by Mohini 'the Hutt' Singh.

Unemployment is the highest in Canada for 5 months running. The vacancy rate is also the highest in Canada, caused directly by council pandering to their Khalistani builders while the market tanks. These bums rate an 'F' on all counts.
Tom Dyas made many promises to get elected in 2022, virtually all of which were reneged upon, some instantly. Among them; “Kelowna’s taxpayers deserve to have their hard-earned money respected and used for the betterment of our community not to promote the image and personality of their Mayor.”

“As Kelowna’s next Mayor I will commit to banning all City of Kelowna advertising spend not related to public safety, community engagement and consultation, or required advertising by upper levels of government.”

After being elected, among Dyas' first acts was to establish an office to tout him and his propaganda.
The brand new Dyas 'Office of the Mayor' contained a chief of staff, communications, and policy advisors. Dyas has someone to write his speeches and press releases, produce his online material, and to shoot videos of him. While estimating the total annual cost of that office is a road too far, we can say the knob hired to head Dyas' new PR function (K.Franceschini Communications Consultant) pulled down $92,188 + $582 in expenses in 2025.
Fully gory, stomach turning material is here.
