Film doesn't lie. Oiker Hartridge advanced on a citizen for no apparent reason other than he was being filmed. He then mishandled/arrested him for this and insulting him, thus creating the crime of 'causing a disturbance'. The story says $140k+ mountie Hartridge has nothing better to do and with multiple bored $75k Kelowna bylaw enforcement, were all there to pluck a single tent off A-1 land. Gasp.

 | That tent was put on private land by a homeless with permission of the owner/lease holder. The homeless was working at the fruit stand and wanted to crash closer to it. This is the perfect example of how taxpayer money is being pissed away by Tom Dyas. Only in Kelowna does it take half a dozen $100k knobs to deal with a tent. |  |
