Snap election in B.C.

B.C. election will be held on October 24, one week after the municipal elections on October 17.

Sandher appointed Kelowna-Mission MLA Gavin 'Fuzzy' Dew slammed the election call as “sneaky,” accusing Eby of “bigfooting”. Fuzzy Dew said the election is “awakening a sleeping dragon.” Post was shared by Kelowna Centre Conservative MLA Kristina Loewen. Kristina Loewen won by 40 votes and like Fuzzy Dew is weak deadwood on the way out. 7 of the 8 members of the CentreBC party, including leader Peter Milobar, returned like dogs to the Conservatives. West Kelowna-Peachland MLA Macklin McCall called the snap election 'unnecessary', this after his main woman quit. Tara Armstrong, Independent MLA for Kelowna-Lake Country-Coldstream is gone for sure.
