Dyas called a special meeting for reasons unknown. “Why is this not being handled at our regular meeting?” Carson asked. “I don’t know why we’re here.”

Dyas quizzed regional officials on their failure dealing with Central Okanagan’s 9.2% jobless rate, which he would know is the highest in Canada. Dyas also had exchanges with his regional chair bummy boy Loyal Wooldridge, revealing the lost love betwix the two.
