Denciti Steal

Fraudster Deputy Mayor Mohini Singh; “We’re all adults, let’s behave like adults." Here
Lobbyist Registry Activity - Kelowna.

The city takes control of the 60 acre golf course property (which is unsuitable for development because of aquifers) at 480 Penno Road while transferring 9.1 acres of city-owned industrial land at 3199 Hollywood Road North.
The newly created lot was carved out of a municipal property that will become the Central Okanagan’s new bus barns. It's a prime commercial location, close to Highway 97 and the University of B.C. ChatGPT tells us that on the low end, 10 acres of commercial land in Kelowna will be worth $20M. Assuming the high end is closer to $30M, the City of Kelowna is returning the entire purchase price of the Kelowna Springs purchase to Denciti.

Denciti retains it’s 46 acres of land adjacent to the golf course which remains subject to an application for industrial land use. The sweetheart Denciti deal clears the way for industrial development on the 9.1 acres it would acquire from the city as well.
Why on earth would the tax paying citizens of Kelowna GIVE AWAY multi-millions in prime commerical land? Perhaps folks should ask bum-like city manager Doug Gilchrist.
His salary increased from $264K in 2019 to $384K in 2024. Gilchrist’s pay package is just $5k less than the city manager’s salary in Vancouver, a city more than four times the size of Kelowna. “There’s vast differences about the breadth and depth of the services we provide.” he lied.
Stealing from citizens appears a big part of Doug Gilchrist's very expensive services.
Meanwhile, new zoning is coming for major business park development in Lake Country. The Lake Country Business Park, formerly known as the Glenmore Industrial Lands, will encompasses 200 acres stretching south along Glenmore Road and west along Okanagan Centre Road. Conservative estimates suggest there is already in excess of a 50 year supply of industrial land in the Okanagan. There is zero demand for more.

The rescheduled Denciti 'public meeting' was held without bloodshed. Garry Fawley was in attendance with several lackeys. Conspicuously absent was President of the fukkin company Volodya Gusak. Concerned citizens did indeed let Fawley know what they thought of their wetlands being paved over by crooks. To butter up those in attendance and prevent heinous violence, Fawley bought a free round. Mayor Tom Dyas and his Sikh sidekick Mohini Singh didn't attend. No other Kelowna councillors attended either.

On November 14, 2025 it was announced the Denciti fix was in all along. Here.
The deal is a 'land swap' from Mayor Tom Dyas and the devil is in the details. The city takes control of the 60 acre golf course property (which is unsuitable for development because of aquifers) at 480 Penno Road while transferring 9.1 acres of city-owned industrial land at 3199 Hollywood Road North. Denciti retains it's 46 acres of land adjacent to the golf course which remains subject to an application for industrial land use. The sweetheart Denciti deal clears the way for industrial development as well as on the 9.1 acres it would acquire from the city.
The obvious problem is that there is are details on what 3199 Hollywood Road North would be worth. The newly created lot was carved out of a municipal property that will become the Central Okanagan's new bus barns.
The reputation of Kelowna as a greasepit for connected scumbags is unmatched.
Derek Edstrom is Kelowna’s Divisional Director, Partnerships & Investments. He is tasked by Tom Dyas with making the business case for a steal against citizens. dedstrom@kelowna.ca
The capitalists at Denciti decided to postpone their pow wow to Thursday, November 20, 2025. It took place in the Kelowna Springs clubhouse at the golf course, 480 Penno Road. The bums promised to attend. Its said nearby residents were EXTREMELY peeved at the asshole games being played on them with the previous, little notice meeting. Sensing the winds of discontent, principals decided they best give notice after all.

A pure unverified rumour suggests the Mayor and a City of Kelowna councillor were treated to undisclosed favours by Denciti. We can believe it and are seeking out more details. Below is the e-mail Mayor Dyas sent in August 2024 to Gurtaj Singh Sandher before his and Mohini Singh's meeting aboard the Sandher's brand new $1m yacht at the Kelowna Yacht Club. (scroll down for info)

The Save Kelowna Springs website spells out concerns of residents. Local press reported the meeting - after being tipped off. The clever capitalists at Denciti thought they would stack a 'community meeting' with their shills to prevent discouraging words and potential lynching. They 'forgot' to tell nearby residents who found out anyway.
Up against vocal and determined locals, the shitbags, led by Garry Fawley know what folks think of their bullshit. (gfawley@denciti.ca, dfawley@denciti.ca)
Rumours are rife and it has everything to do with the pending development of Denciti's Kelowna Springs golf course into infinitely more profitable industrial land. Rumour says that the Sandhers and Garry Fawley are in bed together, with the Fawley hand behind the purchase of another piece of ALR land near the 'proposed' development with the intention of building a road through the ALR ground. This would explain Gurtaj Singh Sandher's determined attempts to steal more land near the crime family's plant on Old Vernon Road.
Any ground near the new industrial park is worth more to those in the know and its been 20 months of watching crooked basterds suck ALR ground up in the full knowledge their Kelowna Council will rubber stamp their evil plans for redevelopment. Which ground has been stolen lately hasn't been revealed.

See ----- Denciti
Paperwork for the redevelopment was submitted to the City of Kelowna in June. When the dog and pony council 'debate' takes place hasn't been disclosed. Compromised members of Kelowna Council will kiss their careers goodbye on this one. They stand to be tarred and feathered as Kelowna citizens made their displeasure well know and in tidal wave proportion. Conflicted mayor Tom Dyas ran on opposing Kelowna Springs. He replaced his very good friend and well financed Punjabi shill Colin Basran by a 2 to 1 margin. His loyalties have shifted in favour of the same Khalistani interests since his election.
His sidekick Mohini Singh is grossly Khalistani positive. The pair even met Gurtaj Singh Sandher on the new $1m family boat last fall to arrange a Sandher steal.
In fall 2024, the Sandhers were nailed for the third time for $110k for illegally dumping their plant waste into a Kelowna ditch. A meeting was arranged between Gurtaj Sandher, mayor Dyas, and Mohini Singh. The meeting was held on board the Sandher's brand new $1m Regal 42 FXO yacht. The Sandher yacht was moored at Kelowna Yacht Club and their meeting was watched by cops. Dyas thereafter announced taxpayers would support the Sandhers with their 7.5+ years of illegal dumping.
The cost to the Sandhers for their subsquent City of Kelowna permit to dump their plant waste into a manhole was a one-time fee of $100. Documents outlining the free disposal of Sandher waste water is Here and Here.
A ridiculous ribbon cutting for a Mr. Mikes Steakhouse at the Ramada Hotel was well attended. KTF (Khalistan Tiger Force) Gurjit Singh Jhajj and son Ajay were there with the too eager mayor Dyas and employee/councilwoman Maxime Dehart.
